04-05 Honda TRX450R 94mm 450cc Basic Complete Engine Rebuild Kit. This 450cc complete engine rebuild kit includes everything need to rebuild the top and bottom end of the engine. This 450cc Kit is great for any application, MX, Duning, XC, TT, Drag, Trails, and Desert riding. This Kit includes: -94mm OEM Honda Cylinder. 94mm 12:1 CP Forged Piston Kit (Includes Piston, Piston Rings, Wrist Pin, and C-Clips).
OEM Honda Top End Gasket Kit (OEM Honda Cylinder Head and Base Gasket, Valve Cover Gasket, Spark Plug Tube Seal, Exhaust Gasket). OEM Honda Bottom End Gasket Kit (Includes Crankcase Gaskets, Various O-Rings and Washers). OEM Honda Main Bearings and Seal Kit (Includes Both Left and Right Main Bearings and Seals). This rebuild kit will allow you to rebuild your engine back to OEM specifications with a good bump in performance from the higher compression piston.This engine kit is a drop in kit and requires no machine work or modifications needed to install this kit. Cylinder Head Porting, Cams, Bored FCR Carburetor, Exhaust Pipe, and intake kit are all highly recommended with this kit to get the most power and torque out of the engine. This Engine Kit will work well on 91+ Octane Pump Gas.
